1. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS WITH PRIOR NOTICE:
HIGH SEASON: (March 22nd to 31st - June 15th to July 15th - August 1st to 31st - October 7th to 13th recess week - December 27th to January 15th) Once the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal has expired (Law 1480 of 2011-Art 47), Hotel Múcura Club does NOT make any type of refund. If the cancellation is made between 30 to 16 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will issue a service voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
LOW SEASON: Once the right of withdrawal period has expired, Hotel Múcura Club (Law 1480 of 2011 - Art. 47) will not issue any refunds. If the cancellation is made between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival, the hotel will issue a service voucher valid for six months from the date of issue.
2. WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
When booking our services through www.mucuraclubhotel.com or through our reservation center, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within five business days of purchase confirmation. Withdrawal will not apply to reservations with a check-in date within five days. To withdraw, please send an email to centralreservas@mucuraclubhotel.com if your purchase was made through the website, or call (+57) 314 480 6902 if your purchase was made through that channel. Refunds will be made without any deductions, by bank transfer in the name of the reservation holder or by reversal to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the payment method used, within 30 calendar days of exercising your right of withdrawal.
3.NO SHOW:
If the passenger does not show up at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the contracted services will be charged. There are no refunds.
4. EARLY INTERRUPTION OF ACCOMMODATION:
Any early departure from the hotel due to the guest's decision will not be refundable, except in cases of force majeure or duly verified unforeseen circumstances. Examples include weather, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, calamities, or medical emergencies. If force majeure or unforeseen circumstances are proven, a refund will be issued, incurring an administrative fee of 10% corresponding to the night(s) not taken by the guest.
5. RESERVATION MODIFICATION:
Reservations may be modified without penalty during high season up to 15 days prior to arrival, and during low season up to 10 days prior to arrival. New dates are subject to availability and the rate will be the one in effect at the time of confirmation. Modifications must be made through the same means and channel used to make the reservation. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.
6.NON-REFUNDABLE FEE:
Cancellations are not permitted, so any cancellation will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation value.
