1. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS WITH PRIOR NOTICE:
HIGH SEASON: (March 22-31 - June 15-July 15 - August 1-31 - October 7-13 break - December 27-January 15) Once the period for exercising the right of withdrawal has expired (Law 1480 of 2011-Art. 47), Hotel Múcura Club does not issue any refunds. If the cancellation is made between 30 and 16 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will issue a service voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
LOW SEASON: Once the period for exercising the right of withdrawal has expired, Hotel Múcura Club (Law 1480 of 2011-Art. 47) does not issue any refunds. If the cancellation is made between 30 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will issue a service voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
2. WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
When you book our services through www.mucuraclubhotel.com or our telephone reservations center, you may exercise your right of withdrawal no later than 5 business days after the purchase confirmation. Withdrawal is not applicable to reservations with an arrival date less than five days from the date of booking. To withdraw, please send an email to centralreservas@mucuraclubhotel.com if you made your purchase through the website, or call (+57) 3125937695 if you made your purchase through our telephone line. The refund will be issued without any deductions, either via bank transfer to the name of the reservation holder or by credit card reversal, depending on the payment method used, within 30 calendar days of exercising your right of withdrawal.
3.NO SHOW:
If the passenger does not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, the full cost of the contracted services will be charged. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
4.EARLY INTERRUPTION OF ACCOMMODATION:
Any early departure from the hotel at the guest's request will not be refunded, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances duly proven. Examples include: weather conditions, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, natural disasters, or medical emergencies. If force majeure or unforeseen circumstances are proven, a refund will be issued, subject to a 10% administrative fee corresponding to the night(s) not taken by the guest.
5.MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION:
Reservations can be modified without penalty during peak season up to 15 days prior to arrival, and during off-peak season up to 10 days prior to arrival. New dates are subject to availability, and the rate will be the one in effect at the time the modification is confirmed. Modifications must be made through the same channel and method used for the original reservation. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE FEE:
Reservations cannot be cancelled, therefore any cancellation will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation value.
